Class Details
The objectives of this intensive seminar for studio majors are, through weekly studio projects, to strengthen both creative and technical skills as well as analytical and critical abilities.

Format: seminar and studio workshop
Grading: yes pass/fail option, no fifth course option
Grading: yes pass/fail option, no fifth course option
Requirements/Evaluation:
evaluation will be based on the quality of work produced, participation in class discussions and critiques, successful completion of all assignments and attendance

Prerequisites:
three studio courses required for the major, including at least two which are 200 level or higher (otherwise, by permission of instructor)
Enrollment Preferences:
enrollment is limited to studio art majors (or permission of instructor)
Unit Notes:
Studio Art and Art History and Practice majors are required to take this course in the junior year unless studying abroad during the fall semester
