Class Details
This capstone readings and research seminar for WGSS majors will culminate in a substantial independent research project. In the first half of the semester, we will examine the disciplinary and interdisciplinary development of the field(s) of WGSS; read classic texts and
examples of more recent scholarship representing a range of WGSS theories and methods; and explore a variety of methods and strategies for crafting research within the field of WGSS. In the second half of the semester, students will design and conduct their own WGSS-related research projects.
