This full-year, intensive course presents the fundamentals of Greek grammar, syntax, and vocabulary and introduces students, in the second semester, to works of the classical period (usually Xenophon and Euripides).

Prerequisites:
none; designed for students who are beginning Greek or have studied less than two years of Greek in secondary school; students with some previous experience in Greek may want to enroll in CLGR 102 only (consult the department)
